For everyone’s safety:
-
Do not approach, feed, touch, or walk behind any horse unless instructed.
-
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-
Riders and guests must behave calmly and respectfully around the animals.
-
Closed-toe shoes are required around the barn.
-
Helmets may be required for riding activities.
A Horse Experience reserves the right to end or refuse a session if safety rules are not followed.
Children & Special Needs Riders
We welcome children, adults, and individuals with special needs. Please share any important needs, concerns, allergies, physical limitations, or behavioral considerations before the appointment so we can prepare a safe and supportive experience.
A parent, guardian, or responsible adult must be present for minors.
Birthday at the Barn
Birthday experiences are private barn experiences and must be booked in advance. Final details, timing, guest expectations, and payment confirmation will be handled by text after the booking request is submitted.

Please ask before taking or posting photos that include the trainer, other guests, children, or private barn areas.
A Horse Experience may request permission before using any client photos or videos for website, social media, or promotional purposes.

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
